If you have fallen victim to a indian call center fraud, Vlad Shmunis and his RingCentral.com team might be the problem. They provide services to these call centers and completely ignore the abuse complaints.
Back in 2025, I've started receiving a flood of emails informing me about membership renewals which cost $400+. The emails contained toll-free phone numbers which belonged to RingCentral.com.
So, I decided to spend my time and submit abuse reports to the company. I think I've sent 10-15+ reports, none of which have been addressed. I tried calling the company, but I've been informed that it's not possible to contact the managers responsible for the abuse reports. So I decided to contact Vlad at his private email ([email protected]), which he also ignored.
Just wanted to put this out there.
